Are there any movie theatres in Puerto Plata, Sosua or nearby? If so, what have they been showing lately?

There is a small cinema - 2 or 3 screens I think - in the shopping mall at Playa Dorada. No idea on what they have been showing though.

There is a website for them I think if you check superpagesdr.com I saw it once before... I never could figure it out... are the movies in english/spanish/both or subtitled??

I've got some vague memory of reading somewhere that lots of American movies get shown in DR before they are released over here in the UK, don't know if that's a fact or not.

Anyway, what are you doing on DR1 at 3am????? It's 8am here and first thing I do when I get to work is check out DR1.
