Hi ppl,

Is it true that there's a lot of black outs in Santo Domingo around this time?? And why is there so much? thanx

You know your going to get in trouble for writing this as its quite obvious you have not read any posts!

Yes the country is suffering from long rolling blackouts again including SD and is due to the government not paying the fuel bills.

Blackouts? Hold on a minute, let me light a candle. OK, I can see now. Sure enough (peering at the lights by candlight), the lights are out.

Blackout? What's a blackout? Are you implying that there is light somewhere? I must be in the wrong tunnel.
