We will be in Sosua in April and wondered where was the best place to buy a prepaid cell phone for use while in DR. We are going to leave phone in Dr with family.
Go to either The Orange store on Pedro Clisante right next to "North Coast Divers" or Carribbean Communications on Pedro Clisante on the right down towards Hotel Europa next to The Compra/Vende store.
