other wise you have to call the access number, then your account # then your PIN#, then the number you want to connect to......kinda long.

Yes, Tel 3 is great. no problem with the 829 # now. think it is 9 cents to home line and 13 to cell.

La Nueva from DSA - 16 hours to a house phone with $5 and i dont know how many to a cell but it was insane.

*they also made Toma tu Biscocho which is now not as good...

BTW - anybody using Magic Jack or Vonage in DR. I have been saving thousands of dollars by using Magic Jack with my Fiance!
