Cellular Call forwarding?????

Can anyone tell me if either Orange or Verizon have Call forwarding?

When in Purto Plata if I stay at the Coral Marien my Verizon phone doesn't work well, if at all in the room. When I stay at the RIU, my Orange phone doesn't work at all on the RIU grounds. This time I'm taking both my phones so that I will have coverage wherever the heck I go! I'd like to be able to forward one to the other if it's possible.

According to this page:

Orange ™

orange does not have call forwarding unless you are a contract customer.

Verizon is the same - only on a contract program.
