a US company employing Dominicans
I am looking for information about employing workers in DR. The workers (customer support engineers) are Dominican nationals and we have no way of employing them since we are not a corporation/business in DR. They would be working to service some of our clients in DR.
We need a company to act as their employer and process taxes, payroll, benefits, make sure all laws are followed, etc.
Can anyone recommend a company for this?
