Best place to have a wedding?

My friend is planning on getting Married in December and is considering DR. What is the best place in all the Republic to get married? I suggested the Sosua area. They are thinking about La Romana, Punta Cana, Samana and the POP areas. They want to rent a villa on the beach for the wedding. Most of the people showing up do not speak Spanish. Any input is much appreciated. Can you also suggest any Houses or Villas to have a wedding for around 80 people? Thanks

I was up at Los Canos ??? in Sosua area the other day and while looking at the property I saw a great area for weddings/events within the complex and a comfortable setting.
