Now that we have four more years of Leonel, the scheduled power cuts have returned, unfortunately, as I guessed they would. Did most of you have 24/7 power ( or almost 24/7 power) for the week or two before the election?
lets close this thread. Its clear the black outs in santiago were due to the tornedo in la vega. The lights are stable in santiago ever since they corrected the problem.
