The way I figure it, anyone who has to work that day, can still pop in, as we'll run the BBQ 'till dark.
That was always the main reason for having it on a weekend, to allow the working folks to be able to join us.
If we run it all day 'till approx. 7:30 PM, I think we'll be OK.
