DO NOT change money in the airport, they will get reamed on the exchange rate. Taxi drivers take USD, just pre-negotiate the fare.

do not exchange at the Airports,
the exchange rates there are the biggest of all Rip Offs/together with the resort/Hotellobbies

Airports have the worst exchange rates so I'd advice against it.

Over the years I've gotten the best rates in any of the casinos, I guess because they want you to play. Though they may limit the amount exchanged so it might not be feasible for larger amounts.
