Default Codetel upgrading dsl speed?

Does anybody notice a speed increase in Codetel DSL service? My modem now states a 480 down and 160 up speeds and my invoice (delivered today) is still reporting 384/128.
They are actual speeds, I check the modem only after I saw faster downloads in bittorrent.

See, you pay more for crude oil, you get higher quality and faster electric current! lol

My 768/512 has been running a little over for about 2 weeks now.

I must say I am experiencing the same thing here in LT... But I moved from downtown to Playa Bonita, and thought I was on a better terminal... According to all posts in this thread, it seems to be a national thing... GOOD !!!

How could you have so much up and so little down?

It is usually on a 2:1 ratio
