Question Diesel Fuel? Probable future prices? Subsidies?

I heard from a usaully very reilable source that the DR Gov't was, or will be, changing its policies re: subsidized diesel fuel.
* The gist of the rumored change is that the Gov't would remove all subsidies for the transportation, etc. industries; it would then 'freeze' the price of diesel @ 160 P / gallon; applicable to all users, private, Gov't regualted, commercial, etc. ?Fow how long?
* I remember reading something @ this in the past 2 - 4 - 6 weeks [my memory always fades in July].
*Can someboyd knowledgable [or with a better memory] enlighten me? As much detail as possible would be appreciated. Happy motoring. Thank you.
