How do you prepare noni folks? Let`s share recipes.
I let it rot (ferment) a bit, then blend into liquid form in Vitamix 4000 during 10-15 seconds at med speed, then I add honey ( one cup honey to four cups of noni - ask HillBilly) and keep the mix en la nivera.
Add one cup of the mix to three-four cups of water and drink instead of coca cola.
The best way to consume - to sip through a sterling silver bombilla (used primarily for Yerba Mate). With this the hard particles do not get into the mouth. I was able to obtain a couple of antique ones through an antique dealer in Bronxville. Modern stainless steel and alpaca bombillas are not very good to health.
