L'Oreal Hair Colour in Salons on the North Coast

Before moving to the DR, I need info on hair colouring. I always get my hair done at a salon. I am not a do-it-your selfer when it comes to my hair.

Are there salons on the north coast, PP or Sosua, that use L'Oreal professional products?

I used t get my hair done in Canada before going to Cabarete, I no longer do it since I found Anna from Salon Anna in Cabarete right in front of Friends restaurant.

She is great and uses professionnal products (Sorry I don't remember which one not l'Oreal though), but my hair is always perfect. She is professional and her cuts are great. She streaks (streeks????) my hair in 4 different colours of blonds without any problem....
