Remote message access of Claro phone from USA

I am in the USA and I would like to access my voice messages that are on my DR Claro/Codetel phone. I have only been out of the DR for a week so the DR phone and number is still current.Is there any way to do this? Thanks in advance.

I don't know if this will work, but have you tried calling your DR number, pressing "pound" when you hear the greeting and then enter you passkey?

I tried that and it did not work. Thanks.

Call : 829-202-5570

It SHOULD ask you in spanish to put in your telephone number followed by the # sign....

Then it will ask you for your pin number....followed by # sign............

Then you should be able to hear your messages..........

I don't know how on Claro...

On Orange you dial your number, and when the voicemessage starts you press * and you are prompted for your passkey. You enter your 4-digit passkey and press #.

You can also dial 809-859-6777 when prompted, enter your phone number, press the key requested to confirm (1 or #, not sure) and enter passkey followed by #.
