flo, I know this isn't what you are asking for but you can go to a Banco Leon and open a prepaid visa account with whatever amount you want. You can then register that prepaid Leon visa card on your paypal account and use it 'till your heart's contentment.

My BHD visa card works just fine with PayPal now!! Loads of US companies refuse it until you get firm with them BUT some DO usually fall in line with International style trading (something about needing the money these days I think!!).

Be aware that you will NOT be able to withdraw money from PayPal when you are in a credit system with them EXCEPT into a USA bank account. I have had credit paid to them that I wished to withdraw & they refused unless I had USA bank account &/or lived in the US!! ~ Grahame.
