Default Is there a sign on the road for Riu Mambo Hotel?

I have the directions to the hotel, thanks to a dr1 member. We would like to know if there is a sign on the road past Cofresi to show us where to turn, is it easy to spot and is this on the main road to Santiago or off a secondary road.

It's just off the main road on a secondary road (less than 100 meters) but there is a large billboard sign on the right announcing the Riu complex. You can also see the buildings from the road before the turnoff - it looks unlike anything Dominican you will see before it. Once inside the gate there are signs directing you to each of the three separate resort lobbies.

That's how I recall it but if anyone has more recent info, please correct me.

Gregg

Yep, FireGuy is correct. If you hit the village of Maimon you missed the sign.
