Anyone knows Dr. Rodrigo Escobar Jaramillo?
Sorry guys/gals to bring up once again the plastic surgeon subject. I'm looking for some info on Dr. Rodrigo Escobar Jaramillo. I know he works in HOMS and have seen his website. Unable to find any reviews or anyone talking about his work. If anyone can recommend him, that'll be nice. He gave me a quote by email for a lot less than Dr. Nelson Rubio did. I saw Rubio at his clinic and my darling gringo husband showed up while I was having my consul and he gave me then a price much higher than his assistant had quoted. Both work at HOMS. Am I to assume that having privileges at HOMS shows some sort of credentials or any Dr. can get privileges at any hospital in the DR?
