No they ARE NOT it all just for SHOW I know first hand were they FOOL a lot of people is by SHOUTING, and their BARK is much louder then their BITE. Dominican BEAT their women because they are MAD at the world.

b in santiago, NO police in the world can prevent a psycho jerk from hurting you....that is the more reason to stay away from this jerks, I know... is easier said than done. Btw. policia nacional is not absolutely worthless, they see this women, time and again go back to their abusers..until they get killed.
