Going to Punta Cana for the first time and would like to meet local women fro some fun. Any Advise?

assuming you are not in an all-inclusive you will trip over them looking for gringos to spoil them with riches. If you are blind it is not a problem you just won't see them.

Get out of the resort and look around. Lots of great people to meet all over. Have fun

AI's are for the more timid gringo tourists and that town isn't really a town per se , is it? .

Go to Boca Chica or Pierto Plata / Sosua.

I am assuming "local women for some fun" means pay for play sex, either with pro's or semi-pro's in which case I'd think PUJ is a bad choice. And AI's the worst choice since you cannot "entertain guests", (ho ho ho) in the rooms at all.
