If you go East just past Sabaneta there is an Isla gas station that in the night is an open air disco. They are open every night, but Friday, Saturday, and Sunday about midnight on is good as there are lots of legitimate girls there. Of course, there might be a few Putas, but very few. You will need to speak Spanish and if you can dance to the “tipico” you will do well there.

Like the gringo players, you will know. It is women that won't have most tourist men hitting on them. It is women who dress a certain way and carry themselves a certain way, who, although beautiful, are virtually invisible to most tourists. The guys will tell you that all the women can be had but you'll notice they only seem to be having certain women. You'll see a beauty walk down street unmolested and then you'll see a marginally passable woman on the arm of a tourist and you'll wonder why. You'll wonder why no one ever hits on that beauty with the flawless body dressed in neatly pressed work clothes and sensible shoes but some skanky looking chick with sagging breast and belly rolls got all the fellas. You'll know who the non working girls are, they are the ones who aren't overly impressed by you.

Moca, La Vega, Santiago and visit the up-scale clubs and bars.
I can't recommend any in Moca or La Vega, but Baja, Francifol, and a couple of others are the places to go in Santiago. If you go to Francifol, ask for Emilio-one of the owners- and tell him the Hillbilly sent you..He can point you in the right direction...

I love the way you put that! I've met some of these women, but haven't really pursued because as a tourist who is returning home in a few days, I wouldn't show them the disrespect of thinking they would ruin their reputation to spend a few days with a gringo twice their age. There may be some anecdotal stories to the contrary, but I think I'll be waiting for a couple of years til I can offer someone like that a real relationship, not a few days here and there and a telephone/internet/Western Union charade.

Like hillbilly said, get away form touristy north coast and come to santiago, moca, la vega, mao etc. No beach here but we have lots of decent girls, dime a dozen. If you want a kind, decent beautiful girl then I suggest you walk around universities campuses. You will meet some of the sweetest dominican girls who belong on magazine covers. Unlike american bitches, these girls will talk to you with a smile and make you feel very welcomed. Try Utesa, PUCMM, O&M universities in santiago, moca area.

At 9 a.m. at their jobs in supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, internet centers, bakeries, clothes, photo or jewelry stores.
Working girls don't get up till 4 p.m.

The only alternative is to go inland, far away from the tourist world as has been mentionned above.
