Curious about male prostitution in the DR

I found this site and was interested because I have a baby who is part Dominican and am curious about the culture. I have read a lot about female prostitution in the DR but nothing about male prostitution. I would be curious to hear any responses to this... I have never visited the DR. Thank you,

Yes... the way that I phrased my question was misleading... I didn't mean to imply that that is the first thing I'm interested in... I guess I felt I wanted to explain how I was steered to this site, but I wasn't implying that that is the only thing I'm interested in learning about my daughter's heritage. And, I wasn't referring to men going to resorts to pick up women-- something deeper and more tragic than that. I blame myself for posting this sort of question in this category or on this site.
