We have been married for 2 years and have a 7 month old son. It was hard for my husband at first cause he was missing his family and friends. And also our cold Canadian winters. But now it's better he still misses his family but he phones them whenever he wants and we visit them once a year.
I have a dominican boyfriend, we are not married yet, but are planning to in the beginning of 2007.
Anyway i hear a lot of people say, that a dominican girl with a european/american guy moving to the home country of the guy is turning out good in most cases, the other way around is a lot more difficult (at least that's what they say) Personally I dont believe that...
