Just get out of the tourist areas and you increase your odds of meeting an honest girl that might actually like you for more than your wallet.

I hate bars and would not expect to meet a decent serious person in there. But I also noticed that liers kind of know that too and can still be liers even in a church  If you are fake you are fake everywhere .... I read in the news of one woman who had different resumes in different foreign dating agencies under different names and professions. She was just a hooker actually but pretended to be a school teacher, nurse, etc. to fool foreigners looking for marriage abroad. She said she was not planning to mary any of them unless she falls in love, but she knew how to get money coming to her via Western Union from older men who thought they were dating her ... If they wanted to get married - she would say "Not ready", want to spend time with my family, to help my sister who is sick and needs money for a surgery, etc.

While protestant church members are the ones with the tight-assed attitude, catholics, are much more liberal. You can definitely find more "nice" ready, willing & able ladies there than in any other religion.
It has been my experience that cunnilingus, fellatio & intercourse is OK even if you're not married to one another.
It isn't a sin to "taste" one another before marriage! Hot diggity!

you might increase your odds, but there is no guarantee. don't mean to be negative, but it's very hard to find an honest woman not interested in your money or what you can do for her in bars - even local ones. if and when you meet someone that you might think has potential just don't give her any money and then see if she still likes you. see how many sentences it takes her before she tells you about her sick mother/father and how she has no money to eat ect.... if a woman is a Good one, she will not want you to feel sorry for her and her family, she will not expect you to give her money just b/c you can. there are plenty of honest, serious dominican women out there, but if what you want is a HOT 19 year old that will not take advantage of you forget it. use common sense, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
P.S. i'm really glad you posted b/c it's usually the woman posting and the guys are the ones who get taken more often than the women - men just don't talk about it.

Finding true love in the RD? Wow, that is a good one-mighty hard I think.
In the bars-never. At church or the stores etc. more likely.
Same rules apply there as here. Wait, then wait some more.
I've been taken more than once. Made some great friends and lost some that I thought were good.
