I’ve been with enough women, and there are many things you can do with a woman that doesn’t necessarily have to lead to sex. That’s the beauty of it. But seeing how you are so ignorantly closed minded, you wouldn’t know that would you. I personally don’t believe that sex should be the basis of any relationship it being hetero, homo, or bi. And yet again, I’ve been with enough women to know that although I “like” woman…I definitely “LOVE” men. There’s just something about the anatomy of a man that’s irreplaceable. He was an arrogant rich guy who never had to work for anything in is his life and thought by buying me a $2,000 ring, I would sleep with him and would be forever his. I’m not a piece of Real Estate that they can just put a price tag on and own! And if you want to get Geographical about things, the first time I ever came to DR, I stayed with my friend who at the time was doing this Study Abroad Program in Santiago (I forget the name of the University; It starts with a P.) Although Santiago is kind of small compared to Santo Domingo, we had a GREAT time at one of the local clubs. And about me being expendable, the real Dominican men we met showed us a lot of love! We were like Wow…are all the guys in DR this nice? Ha…I wouldn’t be surprised if you were the guy that kept on buying me drinks all night? Is that why you’re bitter baby? I’m so sorry sweetie if I’m one of the girls that led you to your life of bitterness!

to answer your question: i know zip about bisexual scene in DR but i know sth about tourists - they are always brave and adventurous on their holidays so you will gave problem pulling out a nice man/woman.
