Question for Veterans: adjusting to new culture

I knew there was some wisdom on these boards.

Yeah, I guess i suspected the truth and only wanted to fool myself longer. I mean we're talking a 9 here. Friggin hot.

But what good is hot if youre stressed, right?

I guess the moral, then, is that there isnt a culture gap between the US and the DR. A girl playing this hard to get here should be treated the same way as you would an American? In other words, write her off.

Good to know. Im not much on the super-aggressive pursuit anyway. I just wondered if those were the rules down here.

i went throught this same situation once...i entertained her and her friends for a few days until the "light" came on...
