It depends on the size of the woman they are attached to. It's all relative. A tiny petite woman with giant ones would look ridiculous while a big girl with fried eggs would be very disappointing.

I'm in the small minority of men that hate fake boobs. To me, nothing looks worse than a woman with huge fake-looking balloons on her chest.
I like 'em natural. If that means big today and sag tomorrow, then so be it.
I really appreciate a woman who works with what god gave her. Even if she has a small chest. Give me Alicia Keys and you can keep Pamela Anderson.

then you better never travel to costa rica, panama or columbia. plastic surgery is very cheap and everyone has nice headlights.
DR related, most of the girls i know are young so if they have kids they aren't really affected.
plus who wants a nice round bottom and hershey kisses/flapjacks ?
