He's a grown man. You don't have to tell him anything.
If he doesn't know the type of chica he's getting he'll learn soon enough.
But if you feel the need, this is what awaits him-
"One day he'll be in court in front of a judge who will decide how much child support and alimony he(insert friend's name) will have to pay his Dominican ex-wife, who is already living with her Dominican boyfriend, who is in the country illegally and won't marry her in fear that the gravy train will get cut off.
But that won't matter, because the boyfriend will be able to travel to and from the DR by using the child's social security number and an altered copy of his birth certificate. He'll also be able to take out credit cards under the child's name, thereby ruining his chances at getting credit before he's in the first grade.
You friend's child, little Biswaldo, will be getting sick from the toxic fumes emanating from the illegal home hair salon mommy has set up in the living room, complete with commercial hair dryers and buckets of hair straightener(Ventilacion? Abre una ventana y ya!!!).
Biswaldo won't know how to read or write, but he'll know how to say Di'Que! Baina! and Coso! with equal conviction. He will also tell his biological father during a court-appointed visit how he wants to grow up to be a super, so he can sell apartment leases to the highest bidder and use that money to build a mansion in Santo Domingo, or be a gypsy cab driver in Alto Manhattan so he can avoid paying federal, state and local taxes."
So while your friend's Dominican ex-wife is supporting an illegal immigrant and running an illegal cash business from what used to be his apartment, your friend will have to pick up the pieces of his life from scratch.
This is what awaits your friend.
