Where the heck is El Pelicano? and is this a classy place

Hi,
A friend directed me to this site. He said I would like the pictures and I do but where the hell is "El pelicano"?

Now this is the kind of place I want to go to. Not only are the girls attractive but the guys look friendly enough to have a beer and shoot pool.

Is this where all the cool kids hangout and classy bunch?

Do you need to know people to get in?
