Since we don't know your wife, it's better if you man up and ask her who is Pedro and clarify this situation. Just say I know about Pedro, explain to me what's going on..and don't say no more.. See her reaction, and you'll know !

With respect to the age differential, she logically told me that she had always been attracted to older men as her own father is 20 years older than her mother and they have a loving marriage. My primary concern is the welfare of the babies, my plan, if I find out that she hustled me, would be to have her kids and her deported prior to receiving her green card and I will raise the kids here. How could I possibly send my babies to live in poverty and squalor in some DR barrio. Plus, I would not want to have any more to do with her nor let her use the babies as leverage to have me finance her families life. Again, I must emphasize that her brother and father both exhibited only honorable traits (hard working, family oriented etc.) during the two years I was living in Santiago. So, I plan to continue the surveillance and react if and when I have sufficient evidence. Thanks for you few who read the post accurrately and inputed.
Your stuck with her the rest of your life my friend, She is in the states, The Govt is not going to send her back because you believe she is not faithful, you are not going to get sole custody because you believe she is unfaithful,as long as she can prove she is a good mother she will have leverage on you, so you might as well become friends with Pedro and find a few pieces of arse on the side to keep the playing field level.

Default Not so

I've spoken to immigration officials and they say that if she entered the marriage under false pretenses she can be denied the green card and deported. They will set me up with a wire ,if and when I collect incriminating info, to see if I can elicit a confirmation from her of her actual intent.

Assuming that she uses a cell phone that you bought, you could try any of the several cell phone spy programs on the internet to monitor her cellphone and text messages. Just beware, there are good ones and bad ones out there.

Only use this if you are emotionally ready for potential findings.

Way to much trouble and aggrevation over a woman. Plus if she gets deported, will the U.S. courts let her take the children with her and then where will you be, fighting her in a Dominican court of law...lots a luck. Actually, come to think of it, you would probably have a better chance of getting the children there, you could pay someone off.

Default not so fast

I'm not planning on doing anything unless and until I know with certainty that she is deceiving me. In addition to the mystery Pedro name on the phone she has, on occasion, made an effort to conceal some received text messages from me.

This prob. wont be the best advice but you have to be realistic, you better cut that off ASAP. unless you are willing to live the rest of your life with the doubt. Your gut is telling you the true and if pedro was just a friend she wouldnt delete the number.

Pedro is not over yet believed me, I met this guy that he was going out with a girl married to an italian. The girl and the husband both were living in Italy and every time
she came down to DR. she was with the Dominican guy.

Listen my friend that info is crazy, The immigration people have enough problems trying to deport convicted criminals, To deport them is a lengthy court process, what do you think the immigration officials are going to tell youwhen it really counts???? Dont get your hopes up,just get prepared to pay up for 2 children for next 18 or so years and be prepared to see her because she is here to say.
