Windchime is the name of newly renovated condos next to Windsurf resort. They are across from the beach at the east end of Cabarete Central. They were renovated and managed by Ronald Blissett who has done many projects in the DR including the Palms in Sosua. They are very nice but not luxurious. Airconditioning in bedrooms, nice grounds and pool and easy walking distance to all of Cabarete. We own a 2BR at Windchime but not renting yet as still need to add amenities.
