Craps- Cabarete?

Hi,

I am staying in Cabarete and looking for a casino that has craps tables. In my experience many casinos don't have them. Can anyone point me to one that does? Would be willing to take a trip to Sosua or POP if needed, but would prefer to stay local if possible....

i hear you man! i was looking for a craps table when i came last week myself and licky for me they had it in the Hamaca Casino in Boca Chica. I think a lot of the big hotels/casinos in santo domingo have the craps tables but i am not too sure about up north....good luck my fellow high roller!
BTW, i gambled the night away at the craps table in boca chica and came out losing 500 pesos, not bad for 2 hours of rolling. word of caution, ask for ODDS, cause all night it was merely single odds on almost everything....ugh

Are you saying they will let you take more than single odds if you ask?

in some cases yes because these dealers didnt know what the hell they were doing. just be sure to ask cause even the pit boss gets confused. i had one dealer that was paying me even money on place bets, and the next time around or on a shift i was getting double odds on them....its ridiculous. just take a seat right next to the boxman and make sure you hear everything they call.
other dumb rules are 100 peso minimum bets on the table, 25 peso bets on all horns and hardways...then people want to use USDollars they make it $5 min bets? LOL it figures...
