Default Place to stay in Sosua
Hi folks me and a friend will be first time visitors to Sosua and would like some recommendations for places to stay. I am leaning towards a rental such as this:

anyone have any experience with this company? Failing that, what would you suggest. Need the following:
- walking distance to beach (5-10 mins walk ok)
- walking distance to fun part of Sosua
- clean, secure, reasonably appointed.
- $40 a night approx.
Any advice appreciated.

The properties that you referenced are managed by very reputable members of the Sosua community. The condos meet all of the specifications that you cited. I wouldn't have any hesitation is staying in either of these condos.

The condos you refer to are excellent, but not 40 bucks per night.
They have 1 bedroom condos on that same website, for that price & less.

Rocky,
on the website it lists them as $500/week. Divided by 7 nights and divided by 2 people, works out to $35 a night. Have I made an incorrect assumption? If I have. please let me know. Thanks for all your help.

Not at all.
If you are calculating the cost per person, that is exactly what it works out to.
And I might mention that they are the best condos I have ever seen in Sosua.
