If you had your choice, would it be Sosua or Rio San Juan. LP says Sosua is great. Fodor's says its an overrun tourist trap. Which is right?

On Rio San Juan Im an expert, I own land there, and also visit time to time for business reasons and friends. Rio San Juan is a nice quiet pueblo in DR and if you go you will have a relaxing vaction no on bothering you, besides the stares you will get occationally. You have Laguna Gri Gri, the lake there, and also Playa Grande, and also Playa Caleton(not sure if I spelled it right) where you can go and relax during the day time, the night life in Rio San Juan is boring during the weekdays unless you go to Bahia Principe during the weeknight's to the Casino and Club you will have a great time, during weekends in Rio San Juan just like every other pueblo in the DR thats when it's party time if that's what you are into. Sosua had it's positives and negatives if you are single you will have a great time if thats what you are into there is no need for to me to go into Sosua since this site has everything you need to know about Sosua.
