Wink Playa Dorada vs Sosua vs Cabarete - Sept

Just wondering if either of the above towns are best to visit in September 2-9th.

We're 5 single guys - looking to party inside and outside the resort.

Which town would you recommend for That Weekend?

Which hotel in that town would you recommend for That Weekend?

Thanks

It depends on what you call a party.
If you mean going out to meet local ladies, forget Playa Dorada.
Too far & inconvenient.
Sosua or Cabarete would be much better choices.

Ok so Sosua and Cabarete it is.

Which hotel in either these towns would you recommend?

Which hotels draw the most tourists in the 20-ish age group?

Thanks again.

Go to Sosua if you want to play with the local ladies. Be sure to stay in "guest" friendly hotels not the resorts or things get trickier.

I can't say which hotel would be the best choice, but if you want to socialize with tourists of your age, unquestionably, Cabarete is the place to be.
PS: I am assuming you are 20ish and that's what you meant.

If you want to socialize with tourists Cabarete. If you want to socialize with dominican women Sosua is the choice for sure.

in sosua, try del delfin...supermercado across the street, bakery next door, beach about 2 blocks away, guest friendly and close to the nightlife. it's on the main highway so getting to cabarete and puerto plata is as easy as catching the bus, motoconcho, etc. but if you want wild and crazy, hotel europa is probably your best bet. Rocky's also has some nice places i hear. if u need an e-mail address to del delfin, let me know...

in Sosua, you have the choice of a bunch of small hotels or the Casa Marina-Reef Hotel, a large All-inclusive hotel that also has its share of younger tourists. Its location in the middle of Sosua brings it within walking distance of all the clubs/restaurants and local chicas.

When I said 20-ish I meant to say ladies between 20 and 30 as this is the range of the guys in my group.

Thank You for the replies.
