wanted- 6 month rental in sos/cab

Hi,
Am looking to rent for the period of Nov 1- June 1 in Sosua/Cabarete area. Need something reasonably priced, safe and secure (preferably around $400 per month, could be entirely prepaid to get a better rate). 1 bedroom is fine as long as it has a 25m2 secure storage area.

I have owned my own home in the US for over 14 years and will ultimately be relocating to a new home in the DR. I have excellent personal, professional and credit references. I speak fluent Spanish and take good care of my surroundings. Any other questions, please ask.

I know of a great place in cabatere centro w/ pool, high speed internet and cable tv apartment w/ kitchen might be a little more than 400 though not sure I can find out prob 500- 600 or even 700 it is high season after all
