Default Has the large pipe on Cabarete beach gone??
Hi

Coming over to the DR in two days and was wondering if that 1m pipe has gone yet. Apparently it was something to do with sand retention on the beach or something?

It was last spotted on the beach directly outside the Viva Wyndham Tangerine, where I am staying.

What's the gossip on the Tangerine?
