I'am looking to buy a property (villa or house) in DR as an investment that could bring in minor income (from renting it ) at this time as I'm preparing to retire whitin 5 to 10 years and then move into it.
Have been several times to DR but always in Punta Cana never on the northern side but I'm planing to go to POP in November .
Any info about pros and contras between south and north , would be appreciated

There are no repeat no contras either in the north or south. However there are a lot of pros in the north and south.
