Default Street Name- Catholic Church

Can some one tell me the name of the street that San Antonio de Padua is on? We walked the length of Sosua Beach, but never noticed a street name.
Also is that area considered the tourist area of town?

Default Not on the beach

If you leave the beach via the walkway to Charamicos (to the left if you are facing the ocean) the street slopes upward. when it levels out, the church is maybe one half block straight ahead and on the right. I don't know the street name or if there is any street sign. It is in the Dominican part of town at the opposite end of the beach from the tourist area, El Batey.
