Long term Villa Rentals...

Ive searched through the rentals listed in the DR1 Real Estate section, and have not found any Villas for rent on a monthly basis in Cabarete or Sosua (or in between). I am looking for two different places, a modest 2 or 3 BR villa with a pool in a decent community, preferably gated...and a 3 or 4 BR luxury villa with pool, in a gated, preferably beachfront community. Prefer that these be in Cabarete or between Cab. and Sosua. In lieu of the luxury villa, a large 3 BR condo in a place like Ocean Dream or Velero would work. Anyone have, or know of anything that would fit these descriptions?
