i need the contact details of the cabarete office and the name of the gentleman that approves all home construction for the cabarete area. if i remember correctly the office is located just outside of cabarete heading towards sosua. The gentleman i dealt with was a dominican man in his late 50's/60's! If you know his name/phone number/ EXACT address PLEASE PM ME!
