I paid $15 from the airport, just offer $15 and if not accepted start to walk away. One of them always jump up and says OK, let's go.....

i always pay 20 bucks...stick to your guns and someone will take your money...and once you arrive at the hotel pay him what you promised. he may try you and say "25 or 30" but be polite, pay him and walk away....

It's been three years since I got it for 500 RDP (~$15 USD); the price of gas has gone up steadily and I don't want to be remembered by the taxi driver fraternity of Sosua as a cheapskate. It'll be five bucks per person which I reckon as a good deal.
