North Coast Villa...Any ideas?

Hello,

I know this is late minute but I have been thinking instead of staying at Sosua by the Sea, I would rent out an oceanfront villa somewhere in the North Coast.

I am looking for a villa, 24 hour security, waterfront, pool and under $200 dollars per night. There is one villa listed in the rental section of this website but the person hasn't replied. Anyone know any websites or anyone with a property like the one described?

the colibri or tamarindo is 80 bucks a night. it doesn't have a waterfront, but all villas have a pool...

Try VRBO.COM. There are a number of villas listed on that web site. These are all villa rental by owners.

your original request was for a villa on the beach.
keep in mind that it's not unusual for these to be located a few km from the nearest town.

nothing wrong with being outside town, but if you don't have a rental car you will want to make certain you're staying in an area where it's easy to find a taxi or motoconcho when you want to go out. depending on the location, can be a bit of a challenge if you want to head out at 11pm.
