ok well time to say good bye to coconut palms we leave tomorrow to go to sosua for another week ...went to the new casino ..was pretty fun nice disco that actually stays open all night ....we strolled in at 630am ....wooo hooo ...needless to say i diddnt do chit today ...lol also there is this awesome pizza place at the entrance of coconut palms ...very good and great prices ...went to the gri gri lagoon was cool ...and lots of beach and pool workin on that tan ...lol well thats all for now ..oh yeah beauitiful night here ...

This must be your first vacation from the cold. I certainly hope that you got a deal to stay at Coconut Palms. I was booked there for a week march 10/07and left after 2 days. Have been vacationing in the Dominican Republic for 16years and never experienced this.The people are not very friendly. The highway traffic starts at 4:30 AM and doesn't stop until 2:30. Very noisy!!! The couches and chairs are covered in plastic, real nice to peel your back off of!!! The beds were like cement as well as the pillows like stone. Couldn't wait to move. The restaurants ore very over priced. Although the pizza place down near the road is very good. Have returned back to Cofresi where the people are friendly and the beds are comfortable. T
