I don't know the complex, but of course, it is an isolated area, so you should inquire with other residents there, about security.
If it was me, I would just go knock on a few doors, introduce myself, explaining I might be a new neighbour, and ask them if they mind telling me what they do to be secure, and just see what pops up in the conversation.
If several people tell you it's great, it probably is.
It would also be good to ask them how long they lived there, so as to know how valid their info is.

Nobody really has been living long there since the project is just finished. A friend of me has a house there and when I visited him I noticed that it is well secured. I had to pass two times a guard to get to his house. It also seems that they have 24/7 power and the area has a lot of streetlights.
It looks safe but only time can tell.
