If they haven't posted a huge Ad in the local newspaper yet then I don't think they are ready to open this month.

How Long?
Driving by today it looks to me like at least 45-60 days to opening unless they really go like hell day and night.

I passed by this morning - they're still painting the exterior. The building is still a concrete box but instead of being a grey concrete box as before, it is now a lime/cream sort of concrete box. No pictures - it really isn't photogenic.

I passed by two days ago and spoke to one of the construction guys and he said it is due to open on March 4th or 5th......let´s see!

A friend of mine was at a local bank and heard someone saying about opening this friday on Feb 27th but I doubt it. Only time will tell.
