Nals, the comment about underground car parking at the Puerto Plata site was a joke - that is why it had a smiley. If you knew the area you'd understand why.............
I have it on good authority !! Wooo hooooo. They have a large lot right on the Malecon just down from what was the Swiss Gardin. The lot is being cleared and apparently there are some issues with people who have built on the back of the lot illegaly.....
La Sirena is absolutely the best store that there is. I hope they build more to put the poor uneducated colmados out of business. How dare they charge 120 for a 100 phone card.
