Eden Norte Bills in Sosua/Minimum Info

I remember reading there is some sort of set fee for minimum usage for Eden Norte in Sosua but can't find the thread. Are bills delivered or do we go to their office? Where is the office? What do you do when you leave for a few months? What do average bills run for 1 bedroom condo with little ac use?
Any help is appreciated.

Some bills are delivered by hand, some not.
You should pay attention to the date of late payment and always pay before, bill in hand or not.
All you need is the account number when you go there to be able to pay.
You can also get them to email you your bills.
While you are away, get someone reliable to continue paying your bills on time.
Getting disconnected can be costly for reconnecting and may cause a security risk in your home, if it is unattended without power.
