Buying a cell phone in Sosua

We are going to be in Sosua at the beginning of February. Where would be the best place to purchase an inexpensive cell phone locally?

I suggest buying from either the Codetel (Claro) agent in the big Playero supermarket or from Orange in the plaza near Banco Popular. You will have to get service from one of them anyway, so you may as well buy your phone from them. Thiey usually include minutes with the phones they sell. If you buy from another dealer, you will still have to go to Codetel (Claro) or Orange and register the phone, get a number, etc.

Just bought a cell phone at Orange here in Sosua it cost me $590 pesos and came with 300 free minutes.
