Where is Hotel Alegria?

I have read good things about this hotel in Cabarete but I can't find it. Can someone give good directions?

East end of Cabarete beach, near Sansoucy and Velero. It is a sweet little boutique hotel near the beach with a restaurant that I heard was good. To get there, take the little street beside Janet Supermarket that goes to Velero, turn left at the first opportunity, go past Sansoucy, Alegria will be on your right. We have eaten at the restaurant and it was quite good. Hotel looked clean and nice.
